Allah's Name: Al-Lateef

Al-Lateef – (the One Whose Knowledge encompasses the most miniscule, subtle, secretive and hidden matters / the One Who is Kind to His slaves and brings them good from where they cannot perceive)

Shaykh ‘Abd ur-Razzaaq al-Badr (hafidhahullaah) comments:

“And from Allaah’s Kindness to His slaves is that He decrees their provisions according to His Knowledge of what is beneficial for them, not according to what they desire, for they may want one thing while another thing is better. So He – out of His Kindness for them – decrees the best thing for them, even if they hate it.”
